REGISTERVENUE

Queen Mary Malta Campus

Victoria, Gozo

Queen Mary Conferences

Together with lifestyle, our living environment is a key determinant of physical and mental wellbeing. As the islands of Malta become increasingly urbanised,  what are the environmental health challenges created by the changing landscape and how can urban planning mitigate the risks and enhance quality of life?

Join keynote speakers from Queen Mary University of London, leading environmental and public health expert speakers, policy makers, governmental and agency officials as we:

  • outline the key environmental factors
  • their impact on our health
  • the science behind it, and
  • highlight ways to design a healthier now.

The Environmental Health Challenges of Urbanisation is organised in collaboration with the Gozo Regional Development Authority.
